So today, at my first day at my new job, I saw a celebrity. I don’t really care about him much, but he’s kind of cute and he’s been in movies and on a popular tv show. How should I react? do they like people to recognize them if you’re not annoying about it? I pretty much pretended I didn’t know who he was and avoided looking at him at all costs. Maybe he would notice that as well? And think I’m a bitch?WWJOEDO?

after living in a city where many famous people live and working at a store where many famous and non-famous people shop, i have found that treating them as if they were just any other person seems to work best. never ask for photos or autographs, but do smile politely. once i helped a very small, blonde, peppy actress shop for her children’s clothes and she was cordial and thankful.
