
Netflix has the best customer service model of almost any company I’ve dealt with. Why? You don’t have to talk to a single idiot. They do everything on the internet, and they trust you to be correct about your complaints. If you didn’t receive a movie they just send it to you again. It’s the easiest problem resolution system because it relies on the honor system, and you’re never on hold. NETFLIX FTW.

hellz ya… when i put my account on hold for 90 days, and it started up again even though i didn’t want it, sent DVDs to an address that I no longer live at, and charged my account… they removed the charge even though it was my mistake. any other company i can imagine would just be like “sorry, bud, that’s what you signed up for”
