Even More Excited for Switch-a-Bit
May 29th, 2008 · 1 Comment
Why?
Because yesterday a representative of the not-yet launched software provider contacted me admitting to a bug that messed up my tweets when I hadn’t even realized their software caused the problem.
Amazing customer service for a company that doesn’t even exist.

People expect to hear stories coming out of the Middle East and Africa like this one: A woman, Mukhtaran Bibi, is gang raped by six men and they are convicted and sentenced to death. The men appeal their punishment and the conviction is overturned for five men; the sixth’s sentence becomes more lenient- life in […]

May 19th, 2008 · No Comments
Twitter’s going to be down tonight.
This would usually really piss me off, but this time they’re telling us about it ahead of time.
Still not a perfect Twitter by any means, but at least they’re keeping the conversation open this time, so I urge everyone to be a bit, erm, polite this time around.

B List Fail
May 19th, 2008 · 2 Comments
Mark Evans caused a stir today and got a whole lot of links.
Good for him.
But he’s not going to overtake the top dogs.
Why?
Because the big dogs have jumped in and have already, six hours later, grabbed all the eyeballs in the debate.
Nobody cares about what B and C-listers have to say during weekday bitchmeme attempts. […]
