From nature: HIV. Floods.
From technology: Hand soap that creates superbacteria. Cars that cause floods.
From nature: Superbacteria. Nuclear power (close call).
From technology: Dogster. Pornography.
From nature: Real life dogs. Real life sex.
Which brings me to my next point.
Fuck Science Fiction. The underlying theme of every piece of SciFi is that technology will defeat nature and everything will get all sorts of fucked up.
Not true.
At this rate, Mother Nature will have killed us all and the last person standing will still be choosing the best online service for project management.
