So you know why it’s important who becomes the Republican Vice Presidential candidate?  Beacause John McCain is old, and he might die while in office.  In his own words, McCain gets it and agrees of the “enhanced importance of this issue given my age.” LOL!  Guess what republicans, you get to vote for two presidents!

Does this mean that McCain sees his potential Vice President as more of a co-president?  Will people vote for someone who admits he might not survive a term in office?  Who does McCain think is good enough to fill in for him after he is gone?

People widely addressed this issue as Hillary Clinton’s candidacy progressed.  The idea of a co-presidency, or two presidents in the White House, was both feared and welcomed like this- “OMG this is unprecedented!  Will Bill influence Hillary and is that Constitutional?  Did we even like Bill enough?” and “We loved the ’90s bring on a third Bill term!  Two presidents are better than one!”  Respectively.  With McCain, the issue is different.  His co-presidency could turn into someone not elected as president becoming president.  Both issues are problematic, and need to be examined by the electorate.

ALSO- Apparently Obama’s been eating a lot today.  In other Obama news, he picked up another endorsement from someone nobody cares about, former Indiana Representative Lee Hamilton.  He’s not a superdelegate, but I guess his endorsement is newsworthy because Indiana votes soon.

Is Indiana one of “the states that count” to the Clinton Campaign?  Ahhh, probs not.
